Are you currently accepting new patients?

Dr. Roberts and Dr. Kalinowski are both accepting new patients at this time. When visiting our office for the first time, we will review your medical history, dental history and any concerns you have. We will review old/ obtain new x-rays in order to best evaluate your current oral health.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

  1. Any previous dental x-rays. Please ask your previous dentist to email them to us at cardinaldentists@gmail.com prior to your appointment.

  2. A new patient packet will be sent to you electronically before your first appointment. Please submit all required electronic forms before coming in for your scheduled appointment.

  3. Dental insurance information

What insurance plans do you accept?

We are not an in network provider with any dental insurance companies, but as long as your policy is not an HMO plan, you are eligible to use your benefits at our office.

How does being "out of network" effect me?

Payment for the services provided that day will be due the same day. We will then submit the claim on your behalf to your insurance company. 1-3 weeks later, you should receive a check in the mail for reimbursement. You will be reimbursed at the "out of network" rate depending on your specific plan.
